This piece speaks to the frustrations of dealing with mental health struggles, abuse struggles , self-esteem struggles, etc.; and how the tendency is to just throw pills at the problem. This beautiful rock formation represents any person feeling low and stuck; but wanting more than anything to soar like the birds in the sky or sailing the oceans blue like the sea turtles. Sometimes our problems feel as heavy as the rock formations, but the pills can give that sensation of sailing, or maybe numb the uncomfortableness. Either way, one is still in the heavy, unmovable rock of a prison until the problem is properly dealt with and the rock formations are chipped away.
